Remedies Menopause
Menopause is a natural process
in a womens life. It is not a disease but when
a woman reaches the age of menopause, hormonal
shifts takes place, which result in physical and
emotional changes. Hormone like estrogens level
starts fluctuating and become low before menopause
symptoms actually begin to show. Low estrogens
levels affect the growth of strong hair, nails
and skin. Our body uses these estrogens in liver,
heart, bladder and bone formation.
The onset of menopause is a wake
up call to let you know that you need to pay more
attention to keep your health and body in shape;
estrogens are also a vital sex and reproductive
hormone. In some cases women experience mood swings,
hot flushes, vaginal dryness, body ache, pain,
skin problems, depression and cold sweats. This
is part of the process for menopause but does
not affect everybody in the same way.
.Ayurveda suggests that menopause
takes place because of imbalance of Doshas. It
recommends a healthy balanced diet and making
necessary changes to your lifestyle. The most
important factor is to accept your age process
gracefully and maintain a healthy body and spirits.
Ayurvedic herbal treatment depends on the Doshas
(imbalances in the body) of the individual person,
which are the menopausal symptoms of a woman.
Natural herbal remedies can relieve some of the
common disorders associated with menopause.
Ayurveda addresses the stubborn
symptoms of menopause with the help of detoxification
through Panchkarma therapy. This therapy helps
in clearing waste and toxins from the body, internally
and externally to give a natural relief from these
unwanted symptoms. In case unwanted symptoms still
persist, always take advice from a qualified Ayurvedacharya.
Scientific studies in the U.S, Germany and other countries have proved that certain herbal remedies are deemed safe and effective in treating difficult menopause.
