We will ship your order preferably via Airmail through established Government of India approved Postal services/Couriers/International Shippers.

It is our endeavor to dispatch the product within 3 to 6 days from the date of receipt of payment in our account. In case product is out of stock, customer will be intimated as soon as possible through email.

We use all reasonable efforts to ensure that product reaches at destination within 15 to 20 working days.

Providing a correct and valid address/telephone number is vitally important. We expect our customers to provide us with full and correct address with telephone number, which can be reached by the courier. In case of any delay due to wrong address provided by the customer, Health Trail will not be responsible for any delay or loss of consignment.

While we are dispatching any products outside India, we ensure Tracking details of consignment are intimated to the customer, so that orders could be tracked online by visiting the appropriate/courier website. Tracking details will give you a visual of where your shipment is. In case online tracking details are not available due to reasons beyond our control, we provide name of the shipper and consignment number, so that our clients could coordinate with the shipper in their respective country.

Customer should be aware of the import laws/duties for the products and pay the necessary taxes in country of destination (if applicable) to avoid any delay or non delivery of product..
