cough and cold, acidity, headache, intestinal
disorders, cuts, wounds, constipation and many

In botanical studies an herb
is a plant which has no woody stem. In general
terms herbs are part of any plant that is used
for medicine, cooking and cosmetics. If we can
use any part of the plant for such purposes, this
can be called an herbal plant. Seeds of herbs
are also use preparing medicines, cosmetics and
cooking. Chemicals are also extracted from these
plants and used in synthetically produced vitamins
and different modern medicines
It has been established in many studies that herbal
plants can prevent and treat a number of ailments
in conjunction with a programme of regular exercise,
healthy balanced diet and necessary changes to hectic
