Acne is considered to be the
result of imbalance of hormones, poor hygiene,
diet, stressful routine, indigestion, heredity,

glands produce extra oil and result in plugging

factors such as constipation. Irregular bowels
accumulate toxic waste in the body, which results
in discharge of oil from skin. Absence of healthy
balance diet is also responsible for acne disease.
Diet must contain necessary
fibers and must not have excess of sugar, fat and
starch. Food containing trans fatty acids should
be avoided. Plenty of water should be consumed to
cleanse the digestive system. This will help body
system function properly. It is clinically proved
that acne disease is the result of acute type of
constipation. Make sure to take high fiber, low
fact diet.
To keep your skin acne free,
cleanliness must be maintained. Bed linens should
always be kept clean. Keep a check to see if you
are allergic to some cosmetics or food and take
remedial steps. Natural herbal soap can be used
for washing your hand and in bath. Soap made with
chemicals should be avoided on skin.
It is recommended to wash the
skin gently thrice daily and never scrub your
sensitive skin, as this may further irritate your
skin. People with acne sensitive skin may take
herbal supplements for healthy skin.
