Eclipta Alva is a good rejuvenator.
It is very good for the hair and
skin, expels intestinal worms, and cures
cough and asthma. It is also used
in the treatment of intestinal parasites,
anaemia, hepatitis, skin diseases, night
blindness and spleen enlargement.
Bhringaraj oil is very famous for making
and maintaining the hair black and
luxuriant. It is used for
removing greyness and reversing balding.
It helps calm the mind from excessive activity
and promotes sound sleep and gives glow
and complexion. It is similar to Brahmi
in many respects. It has gotu kola
in its properties. If applied externally
it helps draw out poisons and reduces
inflammation in swollen glands.
Home remedies:
Eclipta Alba is useful in nourishing the
hairs. Its powder acts as Rasayana and provides
rejuvenating effects for several days. Its
juice mixed with black pepper and Mishri
is effective in the jaundice.
Powder of dry leaves is effective in weakness
