Cancellation & Refund:
You have the right to cancel your order by informing us by e-mailing us at info@ayurherbalproducts.com any time up to six days from the date you receive the delivery of product. Product is to be returned to us at your shipping expense, in an unused, unopened, in proper originally sealed package condition. Product will not be accepted if seals or wrapping has been removed or broken.  We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. In such eventuality shipping charges will not be refunded. 

In the event you want to cancel the order prior to receiving the product, we reserve the right to charge you $ 12.00 as fees to cover the restacking and administration costs. Please NOTE cost of Herbal formulations or customized herbal mixtures/powders will not be refunded as they are prepared for specific medical conditions.

If in any eventuality, we are unable to supply the product then we will refund the full amount of the goods not delivered directly to you through Paypal.com
